TERMS OF USE/ REFUND POLICY

Thank you for visiting our website and your purchase. PM Integrated ensures quality control at its end and wants you to have a rewarding experience while you learn and develop using its resources.

By using this website and any courses and / or services offered you agree that you have read and are in acceptance of the Terms of Use.

  1. You grant PM Integrated the consent to send you emails and other forms of communication (verbal and written) in regard to the course or service you have ordered or requested, and other related services. You can unsubscribe any time.
  2. PM Integrated has the right to display your certificate and accomplishments as they relate to the services delivered, along with your name, on its website and / or social media and marketing material. You may also be tagged on a congratulatory message on social media.
  3. PM Integrated reserves the right to change the prices and promotions without notice.
  4. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund / Cancellation and Extension Policy. When you visit PM Integrated, you agree to its Privacy Policy and following terms.


Refund / Cancellation / Extension Policy 

All requests for refund / cancellation / extension must be made in writing via email.


Self-Paced Online Learning: 

Refund requests for paid courses have to be made within 7 days of purchase of the course and prior to accessing more than 20% of the course and prior to downloading any content.  

Each online course access is valid for a certain period of time. If you have not accessed the course in the stipulated duration, extension of the course may be considered upon written request 7 days prior to the expiry date of the course access. Additional fees apply for extension of course access. 

Most self-paced online training courses have a demo version that can be requested free of cost for a period of 7 days. The demo version of the course only covers the introduction to the subject matter of the course. Mock exams are not offered in the demo access.  

At times, clients may see credit amounts reflecting in their member accounts. These credits may be due to marketing promotions and should be redeemed within the stipulated period, for eligible courses/events only. No cash value is payable for this credit. 


Instructor Led Virtual and Classroom Training: 

PM Integrated and training Partners reserves the right to reschedule/cancel a classroom, or change the location of classroom owing to insufficient enrollments or situation beyond the control of the management and staff. In case a class is rescheduled, you will be able to attend the rescheduled classroom at no extra cost. This applies to physical and virtual classrooms. If the classes are cancelled the amount of refund will be limited to the fees paid towards the course. 

  • Raise refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase of course and ensure that:
    • participant has not accessed more than 25% content of any e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day, and
    • in case a user downloads, refunds are not processed if the E-Book for the course is downloaded. 
  • Any refund request beyond 7 calendar days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.


Refunds: Duplicate Payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by you will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days post written intimation by you.


NOTE: If the reasons mentioned above do not cover your scenario, drop an email to the support team. PM Integrated will review your request and revert.

PM Integrated reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
