All requests for refund / cancellation / extension must be made in writing via email.
Refund requests for paid courses have to be made within 7 days of purchase of the course and prior to accessing more than 20% of the course and prior to downloading any content.
Each online course access is valid for a certain period of time. If you have not accessed the course in the stipulated duration, extension of the course may be considered upon written request 7 days prior to the expiry date of the course access. Additional fees apply for extension of course access.
Most self-paced online training courses have a demo version that can be requested free of cost for a period of 7 days. The demo version of the course only covers the introduction to the subject matter of the course. Mock exams are not offered in the demo access.
At times, clients may see credit amounts reflecting in their member accounts. These credits may be due to marketing promotions and should be redeemed within the stipulated period, for eligible courses/events only. No cash value is payable for this credit.
PM Integrated and training Partners reserves the right to reschedule/cancel a classroom, or change the location of classroom owing to insufficient enrollments or situation beyond the control of the management and staff. In case a class is rescheduled, you will be able to attend the rescheduled classroom at no extra cost. This applies to physical and virtual classrooms. If the classes are cancelled the amount of refund will be limited to the fees paid towards the course.
Refund of the duplicate payment made by you will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days post written intimation by you.
