- Minimum 35 hours of professional development (PDs) in the past four years
- Two references from a client, career manager, or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Signed IIBA Code of Conduct

CBAP Exam Application and Fees
Students can acquire IIBA membership and book their exam with IIBA for a fee in addition to an initial non-refundable application fee of $125.

CBAP Exam Format
- Duration of 3.5 hours
- 120 multiple choice questions
- Multiple Case study based questions
- Test of application of knowledge and competencies
CBAP Exam Course Completion Certification Criteria
An industry recognized course completion certificate will be issued by Simplilearn upon satisfying the following criteria. The certificate does not expire.
Attend one complete batch of virtual instructor led training, or
Complete at least 85 percent of the online course, and
- Submit a project and get it approved by our panel of Subject Matter Experts, and
Score a minimum of 60 percent in one simulation test
Re-Certification
Once certified CBAP® professionals need to maintain 60 Continuing Development Units (CDUs) during a three year CCR Program Cycle.
