All our Instructors are certified by the respective certification bodies, in order to deliver quality training.

Please allow up to 12 hours after processing your online payment to get access to your online course. If for some reason you do not receive access within 12 hours, please write to us and we will assist you in resolving your query at the earliest possible.

If you are not satisfied with a training program or have feedback about the content, trainer or any aspect of training, please send us a note at support@pmintegrated.com. We thrive on the feedback we receive from our participants and work on continuous improvement. We will ensure that you are satisfied and your expectations are met.

To select a particular course or certification, hover on the Courses tab and select the category and sub-category. Select the course / certification and scroll down to the "Order Now" button to order the course. You will get an email within 12 hours with a link to your online course or a confirmation link to a virtual or classroom training.

Yes, PM Integrated offers FREE resources. Please check our Free Resources page for available resources.

We try to provide access within 12 hours of receiving orders from our patrons from across 150+ countries. We have found in most cases the email providing the log-in access details lands in the patron's junk or spam folder. 

Please make sure you have checked your email folders. If you still can not find your course access link or class details, send us a note at support@pmintegrated.com.

Courses have different durations for which access is provided. 

For example, the free demo access is usually for 7 days and paid courses can range from 30 days to 365 days access. The duration access details appear as a number in the Red Circle Icon. If the number in the red circle is 0, that means no online access to the course is provided. This is usually the case for virtual or classroom only trainings. 

Most of our training courses include the exam fee. 

Look for the icon with E$ that indicates that exam fee is included in the course fees

For VMEdu certifications, you can schedule your exam through your training portal itself.

However, VMEdu is not the certifying body for ITIL®, COBIT®, PRINCE2®, and MSP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe certifications. In these cases the exam voucher fee may be included with your training but the exam has to be booked with the respective certifying bodies. Instructions to book the exam will be included in the instructions within the course. 

Every course description has a tab for exam details.

If you have signed in to your course online portal, you could raise a ticket from there itself. Alternatively, please send us an email explaining the details of your query to support@pmintegrated.com. If you can include images describing your issue that would be very helpful.

Please check if you have successfully completed the online exam after you complete your online training and course. Click on the ‘My Exams’ tab and schedule an exam. Once you pass the exam, your certificate will show in the ‘My Certificates’ tab. 

If you have already done this and still do not have your certification, go to ‘Support Center’ and raise a ticket for quick redressal.

Please note that PM Integrated is not the certifying body and can not issue the certificate or designation. We are training providers and if you are facing issues with the certificate, we are happy to assist you in the matter.
