ITIL® Foundation Certification

The objective of the foundation level certification is to equip you with a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL® service lifecycle. This certification is right for you if you want to learn the basic understanding of ITIL® framework or you work in an organization that has adopted ITIL®. You can contribute to ongoing service improvement as part of the team. 
The foundation certification is also a prerequisite for the Practitioner certification.
